Zivaelda is an Abuja-based operational, financial and governance advisory firm. We work with companies, NGOs and member-based institutions that have outgrown the informal way they started.
Our story
Founded to close a gap we kept seeing.
Zivaelda was founded in Abuja in July 2024. Organisations had ambition, staff and funding, but not the governance, financial structure or compliance to sustain it. We began as a small advisory practice. Today we work as a multidisciplinary network of lawyers, chartered accountants, HR practitioners and development specialists, supported by trained associates, and we’ve supported more than two dozen organisations, with over half a dozen on monthly retainer.
We don’t run our clients’ organisations for them, and we’re not a staffing agency. We build the structure, policies, systems, reports and controls. For clients who want it, we stay on as the independent oversight that keeps that structure alive after we leave the room.
